Catherine began her career at Pioneer in 1998 in customer service. She left for law school at Washburn and returned in 2002 as the Director of Legal & Regulatory Affairs. She then took over as CEO in 2012. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her husband, Kevin, and their Dog, Charlie. She enjoys running, traveling, and trying new foods and cuisines. Catherine stays busy serving on multiple boards. To name a few, she is the Chairman of the Kansas Lottery Commission and sits on the CoBank board of directors.
Gavin came to work at Pioneer in 1995 and serves as the cooperative’s Chief Operations Officer. He has worked in many facets of the business including Outside Plant, Network Operations, Plant Records, and Special Projects. Gavin attended Northwest Kansas Technical College. In his spare time he enjoys camping, baseball (Go St. Louis Cardinals!) and racing.
As the Chief Customer Officer, Kasey is responible for the overall customer experience. He oversees the Customer Care, Marketing, Sales, and Building Maintenance departments. Kasey joined Pioneer in 2014 and holds an MBA from Kansas Wesleyan as well as Bachelor degrees from K-State in Management and Marketing. Kasey enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and staying active in the Southwest Kansas community.
Sarah serves as the cooperatives Chief Financial Officer. She has been with Pioneer since 2006. Sarah holds bachelor degrees from K-state in accounting and finance. As the CFO she is responsible for the financial health of the cooperative as well as the accounting, regulatory, and warehouse/ inventory teams. In her free time she enjoys chasing her two boys around in all their activies.
